With 17 years in banking — including roles at William Blair, ING and Ernst & Young — Paul brings deep financial expertise and rigorous analytical thinking. As a landlord himself with a portfolio spanning London and Greater London, he knows first-hand the frustrations of traditional property management.

Property management was running on phone calls and spreadsheets, charging fees that no longer made sense. So he set out to fix it — harnessing tech to deliver a fairer deal for landlords.
